Who changed what, and when. Changes to company data are recorded automatically with their before/after values — click an entry for details. Personal items are never logged.
What's tracked?
Every create, update, delete, restore and purge on company data:
items (recycle = delete, un-recycle = restore), kits, actions and their line items,
jobs, sites, crew, team members, company settings, workspaces and their members,
cross-workspace grants, permission overrides, categories, location statuses, and report definitions.
Recorded in the database itself, so the app, imports and integrations all leave the same trail —
entries can't be edited or deleted, and each carries the full before/after values.
Not tracked: personal items, saves that change nothing, sign-ins and page views.

Writes are also blocked at the database while a window is active, so nobody can mutate data mid-migration. Use this for breaking changes; routine deploys don't need it.
